Castaway, waterparks, and overcoming fears

We set out for Castaway young life camp on Wednesday afternoon. We arrived after a short overnight stay on Thursday afternoon. The kids were so excited to try a few things at camp, but they were most excited to see their cousins. The majority of the trip was spent trying out lots of fun new adventures, but we had our fair amount of beach and hottub time even if it was 90 degrees!

First on the agenda was zip lining!!! Korra was so eager to do this we were a little worried with her size, but were told if the harness fits she is good to go. Well the harness fit and she went, but did several barrel rolls at the end and I am pretty sure she will not be doing it again for a while...hoping she forgets by next year!

Malachi also took a turn down the zip-line and got off smiling..he loved it!
Tubing was also on the agenda, and the kids always love a good tube ride. Korra is so funny she thinks she is so tough, but when it comes down to it she is never really that sure.

Lots of cousin love going around this place! Good solid family time...always fun!!

On our way home we stayed a night in the dells. All I can say is we will for sure be going back. The kids loved it and I have to say it would be even more fun with out a pregnant belly. We stayed at MT Olympus which just happen to have 3 water parks (1 indoor) and 2 theme parks (1 indoor).
This sad face is all because she was not tall enough to go on the go-carts.

 Lazy river and splash time!

I was so proud of Malachi for wanting to go on this rollar coaster. He loved it...can't wait to hit many more rollar coasters with him!
Over all it was a great way to end our summer and spend time together before baby comes...if baby's lung check is good we will meet baby in 2 weeks!!
