When Dan's grandma past away last year I was given her sew machine. Now that we are settled in our home I thought it was time to give it a whirl. So with a little help from my granny we got it up in running in no time, and it works like a charm. So my first sewing project on my new machine was these pants......
I saw these pants at a sale this past weekend and new I could make them.
First I found a pair of pants that were getting a little short on Korra and then I looked up a tutorial. I found this one on you tube, and I love how simple it was to follow. After I made the pants I used the fabric to make a little design and applied it using steam a seam. The fabric cost me 1.50 and Korra has a new outfit..I'd say it was well worth it! Now on to bigger and better projects. Have any fun and easy tutorials you use for sewing?
