Spring break

Our spring break has been different this year. Last year we were in Flordia enjoying the sunshine. This year we are grateful for some sun and 40's. We didn't let the weather stop us from enjoying some fun activities. The first part of the week was spent at the cabin.

 Finding some hidden treats outside. Walking throught the woods, looking for tracks in the snow.

Sunday was spent with family. Monday was spent at home, and then we went to the movie "Croods" in the evening. Tuesday we spent loving on our previous foster children and then did a little shopping in a part of town we normally don't visit. Wednesday was spent breaking basketball records, getting to new levels on the wii, picking up sticks to build a fire and roast smores, enjoying lucky charm treats, and more with some friends. Thursday, we went with a friend of mine and her daughter to Kalamazoo Valley Museum this is a free children's museum and worth the visit.

We ended the week with one last work night up at the cabin. The kids helped cut wood, sand, and clean. Sad for the week to come, but summer is coming!!!
